McGrath Municipal Equipment takes service and support very seriously, it is important to us. We provide on-site service within 48 hours of a call. Our field service technicians have all common wear parts with them and are able to successfully repair the unit on the first call most of the time. If a repair requires coming back to our facility, we transport the unit back and forth for our customer’s convenience.

Like any piece of equipment, preventative maintenance is important. McGrath Municipal Equipment provides an Annual Burner Tune Up which includes:

Replacing CAD Cell
Replacing Nozzle
Replacing Fuel Filter
Inspect entire unit and provide report
Make ourselves available to talk to operators / provide additional training etc.
